Checkout Time
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Later checkout times will incur the following fees.
1,000 yen (excl. tax) per room per additional 30 minutes (e.g.: 1000 yen (excl. tax) if checking out between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.)
• Room keys and safe keys must be returned to the Front Desk when checking out.
Leaving the Watazen
Please lock your room door and leave the room key at the Front Desk before leaving the ryokan.
Smoking at the Watazen
The Watazen is a non-smoking ryokan. A smoking area can be found near the front entrance on the first floor.
Valuables
The Watazen will not be responsible for any lost valuables. Also note that valuables cannot be left at the Front Desk. Please use the safe provided in the room for storing your valuables.
Visitors
Guests are asked not to meet with visitors in the rooms. Please meet visitors in the lobby on the first floor.
Calling Outside the Ryokan / Wake-up Calls
- To call outside the ryokan, press “0” followed by the number you are trying to reach. Connection fees must be paid when checking out.
- To request a wake-up call, press “99” followed by the desired time(e.g.: To request a 7:30 a.m. wake-up call, dial “99-0730.”)
