In consideration of the health and safety of customers and our staff, we are strengthening measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.
We strive for making your stay comfortable with the following measures.

[Correspondence in the whole building]

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in the lobby, reception, elevator, guest rooms, public bath, and hall (breakfast venue).
  • Regular disinfection work in the hall
  • We clean and disinfect the following parts with alcohol and sodium hypochlorite diluted liquid.
In all guest rooms, parts that customers can touch such as doorknobs, closets, and sliding doors. 
 Equipment in all guest rooms such as a TV remote control, safe, lighting switch, table, refrigerator, telephone, hot water dispenser, Hair dryer, chair, slippers, room key, etc.
 Parts that unspecified number of people can touch such as Buttons inside and outside the elevator, common areas inside the building, large public baths, etc.
  • All employees wear masks.
  • We will thoroughly manage the health and hygiene of all employees.
  • Regular ventilation in the inn, and cleaning and inspection of ventilation facility.
  • We wear masks and gloves when collecting trash in the inn, and hand-wash and disinfect after processing.

[Correspondence for accommodation]

  • Acrylic board is placed to prevent airborne disease at the front counter.
  • Customers are requested to detect body temperature at the entrance of the inn and fill in the health condition check sheet.
    *In some cases, we may refuse the customers to stay or use the inn.
  • To relieve congestion at check-out, please pay the charge at check-in or before check-out.
    *Only representative should come to the front desk.
  • We are appropriately implementing line-up restrictions at check-in and check-out.

[Measures for meals]

  • For meals in the room, we will provide dishes according to the customer’s wishes such as the number of entrances and explanations.
  • At the breakfast venue, we arrange seats while taking distance between each seats into account.
  • Customers are requested to disperse the entry time.

[Request to customers]

  • We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but we ask that you wear a mask, disinfect, and detect body temperature in common spaces.
  • Please cooperate with operating the ventilation fan in your room at all times. Also, please ventilate the room as appropriate.
  • Please use the elevator in group units to avoid crowding.
  • Please refrain from talking in the elevator, public bath and dressing room.
  • In order to avoid congestion at the front desk when checking out, please call the front desk once for consultation such as payment, luggage storage, use of carry service, and tourist information.
  • Please dispose of used masks not in the indoor trash box but in the “mask disposal box” installed on each floor.
